Service department is great. In march we came down to look at a new car we stood outside for 20 mins wanting someone to help us but nobody did. We have been buying cars from you for a very long time but I will never buy another one from you.

This is the only place I will take my vehicle to, actually my last two. The people are nice and friendly and the service is always above standard. The lady and gentleman in service dept are outstanding. Even the sales people will see me standing out and offer drink and chair.

Great opportunity for improvement exists at service advisor desk in cordiality. Felicia's verbiage, attitude, and communication skills were not representative of one with the charge of customer service. I presented billing info at check in for my visit with the confidence it was a common practice. Felicia seemed unfamiliar with the process and seemed annoyed since payor did not have an account with Clinkscales. Instead of assisting me through the check in process with a willingness to help attitude her responses were argumentative to the point of being combative. After repair Felicia's attitude and customer service met expectation. My vehicle was serviced in a timely manner and at this time the engine light (reason for visit) has not returned.

It was an urgent issue being I was leaving for a trip the next day. They were able to get my truck in and fixed the same day the issue arose.

I have used Clinkscales for years and it is always easy and convenient for me and I appreciate the care and professionalism of the staff.

As always the service was preformed quickly and accurately. I only waited about half an hour in a comfortable lounge. I have always known Clinkscales to be fair in their services, but I was especially impressed that they did not do the tire rotation because it is close to time for new tires. Some other service providers that I have dealt with would likely have done the useless service just to get the money. I wish all service providers were so honest and customer oriented . That's why I have bought so many cars there and had services preformed . Thank you! I'll be back.

Service Rep Felicia was polite, concerned, knowledgeable, and more than willing to accomodate me, an out-of-town customer. The technician assigned to repair my car forfeited his lunch break so as to finish the job early, realizing I reside a long distance from Belton. Can the same be said of mega dealerships in the area? Down home service, beginning with Jerry Floyd, is paramount.

The service was very good. The only problem was that it took a bit to long. It almost 2 hrs. to get my oil changed.

Great experience as always with the service department at Clinkscales Chevy! Felicia was friendly and welcoming as always. My appointment time for the oil change was honored. In and out in an hour, although they were very busy. I was kept abreast of what was going on with my vehicle the entire time via text message. All results were shared via text before they reviewed paperwork with me. No hard sales pitch on extra services (They do share the upcoming recommendations, but when you say no that's it.). I highly recommend them for any of your service needs!
