Took care of my car when I was having an issue with the battery. Checked it out charged up. Waited on me even though I had to cancel my appointment from earlier in the day because the battery was dead.

The sevice dept has always been prompt about appointment times. They don’t try to sell you things that don’t need to be done. They’ve always been so honest and so kind. I am a senior person and this is the first time in my life that I have ever allowed a dealership to service my car. I’ve used Clinkscales for the last three years ever since I bought the car from them. I have been extremely pleased with the service department.

As always the service was preformed quickly and accurately. I only waited about half an hour in a comfortable lounge. I have always known Clinkscales to be fair in their services, but I was especially impressed that they did not do the tire rotation because it is close to time for new tires. Some other service providers that I have dealt with would likely have done the useless service just to get the money. I wish all service providers were so honest and customer oriented . That's why I have bought so many cars there and had services preformed . Thank you! I'll be back.

Service Rep Felicia was polite, concerned, knowledgeable, and more than willing to accomodate me, an out-of-town customer. The technician assigned to repair my car forfeited his lunch break so as to finish the job early, realizing I reside a long distance from Belton. Can the same be said of mega dealerships in the area? Down home service, beginning with Jerry Floyd, is paramount.

The service department at Clinkscales Chevrolet is outstanding! No one really wants to have their car in for service, but when I do - these folks are excellent. I actually drive further to go to Clinkscales rather than my more "local" dealer. Their service managers are friendly, polite, and professional. They make you feel like they're happy to have you there - rather than "take a number". In the past I've used the local dealerships "make an appointment on-line" serice. Then, when I got to the dealership they act surprised to see me - like my presence created a real problem for them. Clinkscales is always very pleasant, pricing is good, and serivce is completed on time. They are a gem.

Great experience as always with the service department at Clinkscales Chevy! Felicia was friendly and welcoming as always. My appointment time for the oil change was honored. In and out in an hour, although they were very busy. I was kept abreast of what was going on with my vehicle the entire time via text message. All results were shared via text before they reviewed paperwork with me. No hard sales pitch on extra services (They do share the upcoming recommendations, but when you say no that's it.). I highly recommend them for any of your service needs!

She was very knowledgeable about the kind of truck I was looking for and after I purchased the truck she took the time to make sure I knew how to work all the items on the truck. I really appreciate going to this dealership for my routine service and maintenance. However, I have been asked repeatedly to have duplicated services performed like transfer case flush, tire rotations, etc, etc... it seems the "service advisor" is not either effectively maintaining the service record and/or reviewing prior to the appointment, which equates to a loss of confidence in the service record and quality of experience.
