Donnie and Teresa were amazing! Donnie made sure we got exactly what we wanted and needed and Teresa helped so much when the truck came in and showing us how everything worked and getting everything set up! Thank you both a million!

Service was good until I got home and me tire pressure light came on after you all rotated my tires. I called back and service guy was rude. We don't fix tires u can bring it in but let me remind u we don't fix tires is what I was told. We'll let me remind u I had no tire pressure light on when I brought it there. I just asked if they could look at it. I will find another dealership I can take it to until I can get rid of this chevy.

Did not get my tire rotation with oil change because they said that I needed new tires. I don't know why, but it appeared that air was added to my tires according to my vehicle display. Also expressed concern about a shift to park recall issue to dealership and was told that there was no recall on 2018 Malibu. I will have to further investigate this matter.

All employees are responsive, knowledgeable, and savvy on their new car sales, availability of great query programs to find out how soon my 2026 Equinox would arrive, and pleasant to do business with in every way. Even the Finance Department, Clark, had an attitude of helpfulness. The surprise is…after the sale is completed, they call to make sure you are happy, understand all working components, and apps on your new car, or any other crazy questions, we might have about anything!

I took my car in with the check engine light on. I had already had it checked and told them what the code said. They said they had to recheck it. Then I called and asked was my appointment going to be to fix the car or just to recheck the codethey said oh we have the part it will be fixed that day. Well I went and took my car and all they did was check the code and said they didn’t have the part in stock so I’ll have to come back again.

The service department is always honest and up front. They know alot of us are a tight budget and give suggestion/ point on potential upcoming issues. By them giving us knowledge it helps to budget for future repairs. I travel extra time and miles to use Clinkscales Chevy and will continue to drive the extra. After I decided on the model I wanted, which wasn’t on their lot, Mark worked tirelessly to find me the truck I wanted and have it delivered to Clinkscales. Teresa was knowledgable and very helpful in explaining how everything worked. Teresa and Mark make a good team and I couldn’t be more pleased. Clinkscales is a family owned dealership that makes you feel like you’re part of the family.

Great opportunity for improvement exists at service advisor desk in cordiality. Felicia's verbiage, attitude, and communication skills were not representative of one with the charge of customer service. I presented billing info at check in for my visit with the confidence it was a common practice. Felicia seemed unfamiliar with the process and seemed annoyed since payor did not have an account with Clinkscales. Instead of assisting me through the check in process with a willingness to help attitude her responses were argumentative to the point of being combative. After repair Felicia's attitude and customer service met expectation. My vehicle was serviced in a timely manner and at this time the engine light (reason for visit) has not returned.

Took care of my car when I was having an issue with the battery. Checked it out charged up. Waited on me even though I had to cancel my appointment from earlier in the day because the battery was dead.
