2027 Chevrolet Equinox

LT establishes the lineup with heated front seats, a heated steering wheel, an 11.3-inch infotainment touchscreen, wireless Apple CarPlay® and Android Auto™, Google built-in, and more than 15 standard safety and driver-assistance technologies. Available HD Surround Vision provides additional visibility when parking or maneuvering in confined areas. RS adopts a more sporting appearance through black mirrors, moldings, emblems, and badging. Standard 19-inch wheels reinforce its stance, with 20-inch machined wheels available for additional presence. Inside, a flat-bottom steering wheel distinguishes the RS, while an available two-tone Black roof adds further contrast to the exterior. ACTIV takes the Equinox in a more rugged direction with standard all-terrain tires and uniquely tuned suspension hardware. Evotex and sueded microfiber seating surfaces give the cabin a distinctive finish, while an available two-tone white roof further separates ACTIV from the rest of the range.

Every 2027 Chevrolet Equinox uses a turbocharged 1.5L 4-cylinder engine producing 175 hp and 203 lbs. ft. of torque. An automatic transmission manages power delivery, while available AWD provides additional traction when driving across wet, loose, or snow-covered surfaces.

The Equinox combines its manageable dimensions with a standard Drive Mode Selector, allowing drivers to adapt vehicle responses as road conditions change. Available AWD brings additional traction for changing weather around Belton and longer drives through the Carolinas. ACTIV adds all-terrain tires and dedicated suspension tuning for greater capability on gravel roads and uneven surfaces. Properly equipped, the Equinox can tow up to 1,500 lbs., extending its versatility to small recreational trailers.

The cabin accommodates up to 5 passengers while the 183.2-inch overall length helps keep the Equinox manageable in traffic and tighter parking areas. Its flexible cargo area can accommodate luggage, groceries, sporting equipment, and outdoor gear as needs change. LT provides heated front seats for additional comfort, RS introduces its distinctive flat-bottom steering wheel, and ACTIV brings Evotex and sueded microfiber seating surfaces for a more specialized cabin treatment.

An 11.3-inch infotainment touchscreen anchors the dashboard and includes Google built-in with Google Maps, Google Play, and Google Gemini voice interaction. Wireless Apple CarPlay® and Android Auto™ are standard, while wireless phone charging and an Interior Camera are available. Available OnStar® services add Wi-Fi® capability, remote vehicle commands, navigation assistance, entertainment features, and emergency support.

Chevy Safety Assist is standard with Automatic Emergency Braking, Forward Collision Alert, Front Pedestrian Braking, Lane Keep Assist with Lane Departure Warning, Following Distance Indicator, and IntelliBeam®. Adaptive Cruise Control, Side Bicyclist Alert, Rear Park Assist, HD Rear Vision Camera, and Rear Cross Traffic Braking are also standard. Available HD Surround Vision, Rear Camera Mirror, Rear Pedestrian Alert, and Traffic Sign Recognition further expand driver awareness.
